At the same time, it has brought a great deal of trouble to enterprises and users. Therefore to obtain the content of E- mail by the network of E- mail monitoring has become a top priority. Through obtained the content of E- mail, enterprise managers can grasp the time, destination, theme and staff of each messages, thus effectively prevent the behavior of the internal secrets stolen by E- mail, and also can fight crime contact behavior. The discussion started from the perspective of enterprise information security protection, capturing and analysing E- mail information which was sent and received by enterprise office through the office LAN. By using of the third-party network capture analytically specified networks ports, we capture real- time data and analys is the sending and receiving E- mail using SMTP/POP3 protocols. The question which preventing junk E- mail and receiving E- mail using Webmail only for discussions. According to limitations of common network packet analysis tool, we put forward to the improvement and propose a feasible and effective solution. The solutions based on the development of the WinPcap library, using a low- level analysis, detailed analysis of packet, diverse format dump, the modular design concept and so on. By improving the plug- in tool we effectively solve the common network packet analys is tool limitations problem, and enhance the packet analys is efficiency and function. The paper using a plug- in development, based on the design of the plug- in to the extended functionality stripped out from the framework, we reduce the complexity of the framework to implement it easier.
