Warming- up and revision Teacher’s activities: 1. Greet the students 2．Review Section A. with pictures。 Students’ activities: Greet the teachers. Say the places as quickly as you can in English。 Step 2 Presentation Teacher’s activities: 1.Show a picture of my school and another picture of their school， ask them：“ How can I get to your school？Tell them this is the way 2.Lead the students to learn the new words （ go along/ down ， turn left， turn right ， on the left ）according to the signs on the screen. Students’ activities: 1.Make the response to the teacher. 2.Learn how to describe the way to different places by using the target words and structures. Step 3 Practice and Consolidation Teacher’s activities: 1.Lead the students to practice the structures in pairs. 2.Reinforce the description words by exercise. 3.Play a game named “find the place”have other Ss help the one find the right way。 Students’ activities: 1.Try to practice the conversations in pairs actively and quickly. 2.Finish the listening task. 3.
