摘要 本课题主要研究绿篱草坪修剪一体机的设计，该设计能实现两大功能：对绿篱和草坪的修剪。在工作过程中，可以对绿篱和草坪的同时修剪和分开修剪。绿篱可以修剪成各种各样的怪异形状，对不同的环境需求都能满足，可以得到不一样的观赏效果。草坪修剪时即可以以电机提供动力，也可以人工提供动力，十分方便。适用于小区、公园和校园等。 小型绿篱草坪修剪一体机主要用于对草坪和绿篱的修剪，一体机就是为了提高工作效率，方便使用。为了实现修剪功能，本题设计了三个机构：草坪修剪机构、绿篱修剪机构及升级机构。草坪修剪机构是以一个定刀片和一个动刀片的刀具往返运动实现修剪工作。利用电机提供动力，再由齿轮传动到凸轮，凸轮再传动到刀具，实现了刀具往返运动。绿篱修剪机构的原理和草坪修剪机构的原理一样，不过各自在安装位置和功能上有所不同。升降机构是为了实现绿篱修剪机构在修剪绿篱的时候对不同高度的要求，利用丝杆的转动带动平行四杆机构底部的运动，从而实现平行四杆的升降，这样就可以修剪不同高度的绿篱。 关键词：绿篱修剪；草坪修剪；一体机。 Abstract This paper mainly studies the design of hedgerow lawn mowing machine, the design can achieve two functions: to hedge and lawn trim.
