Abstract With the the rapid development of network technology and real-time communications technology，instant communication tools have been widely used subsequently. The revolution in the field of communication tools have changed peoples traditional means of communication based on email，so that coordination of office staff in need of information exchange can be instant and effective communication. Real-time communication systems ， support on voice and telephone conferencing not only improve the efficiency of the internal staff work ， but also saves costs of communications compared with use traditional phone delivering.
