AbstractAt Abstract At present the rate of the land transfer is slow and the scale comparatively small．During the process of the land transfer，the interests of the farmers infringed．It is mainly because of the unreasonable property rights of the rural land that leads to non-market-oriented land transfer．Hence，1 think，by blazing new trails in the land property rights system，we will set up the market-oriented transfer ofland to protect the formers’interests．These will finally guarante the efficiency ofthe transfer ofthe land and benefits of scale in agriculture． First of all，this article analyze
