中山大学硕士学位论文 中山大学硕士学位论文 基于XML和HL7的屯子病历信息加密与交换 CPR’S Encryption and Exchange Based on XML and HL7 Major： Computer software and theory Name ZHOU Xiu—Ying Supervisor：LI Shi—x Jan Professor ABSTI硷CT The Computer-Based Patient Record(CPR)is the key to realize hospital digitalization， and also a hot spot to develop medical information systems．It’s significant for each hospital which ranks above towns to establish hospital information system with the CPR as the core． Therefore，developing CPR systems or upgrading the present hospital information system will be an important task for the software development organizations． As a result of the multiplicity and complexity of the patient information’s type and content，there ale some basic problems which restrict the development of CPR during the development of CPR．But the appearance of XML has provided a good way to solute the questions．XML(Extensible Markup Language)now is one of the popular technologies．In fact，it is one kind of standard text formats on web to express the structural information without complex grammar or comprehensive data definition．For its self-description，openness， extendibility and platform-independency,XML become an open standard for data expression． There is certain superiority in applications to use XML to carry on the CPR on data-description，data-integration and data-exchange． Combining existent study results all over the world，this article has analyzed the CPR’s data characteristic and its design principle，realizes the saving of the CPR’s data with the XML document format．Meanwhile，it also has analyzed the XML CPR’s security request， uses the XML encryption characteristic，as well as the encryption granularity concept，and takes a mix—key way,which bases on the AES and RSA algorithms，to realize the XML CPR information encryption．It means that using two kind of cryptographic systems，the use of the shared key to transmit magnanimous
