X X 理 工 学 院 毕业设计（论文）说明书 题 目 车床小刀架机械加工工艺 及镇孔的夹具设计 学 生 系 别 机电工程系 专业 班级 机械设计制造及其自动化2003级2班 学 号 指导 教师 摘要 车床小刀架是车床中的一个重要部件，有了它车床才能够对零件进行切削。 本次设计为车床小刀架加工工艺上的一个锂孔夹具（Q32H7）。在设计夹具 时，主要以燕尾槽进行定位。利用螺栓与螺母进行夹紧操作。在设计该夹具时， 根据零件的形状与尺寸来进行对夹具的结构设计。最后通过校核计算，来校核该 夹具的强度是否满足要求。 该夹具的结构及操作简单，能大大提高劳动生产率。 关键词：车床小刀架，机械加工工艺，夹具。 Abstract The lathe compound rest is in a lathes important part, had its lathe only then to be able to carry on the cutting to the components. This design for a lathe compound rest processing craft in boring jig （（|）32H7）. When designs the jig, mainly carries on the localization by the dovetail slot. CaiTy on the clamp operation using the bolt and the nut. When designs this jig, carries on according to the components shape and the size to jigs structural design. Finally through the examination computation, examines this jig!s intensity whether to satisfy requests. This jigs structure and the simplicity of operator, can raise the labor productivity greatly.
