i i PAGE PAGE iv 摘要 作为国民经济支柱产业之一的建筑业，不仅要消耗大量的资源，而且会产生大量的 建筑垃圾。如此多的建筑垃圾如何处理，是当下所要面临的严峻问题。借鉴国外经验， 循环再生是解决这一问题的唯一出路。然而，我国在这一领域的起步较晚，缺乏经验， 建筑垃圾再生处理企业如何发展，是首先需要解决的。鉴于此，研究建筑垃圾处理企业 的产业化发展及全过程的管理模式具有实际的意义。 本文首先对目前国内外的研究现状进行了对比论述，通过对比总结了我国的不足和 所取得的成绩。接着对建筑垃圾处理产业化发展的概念进行了描述，分析了其可行性和 必要性。本文以哈佛商学院的教授迈克尔·波特的“菱形理论”为理论指导，从六个方 面对建筑废弃物处理企业产业化发展的制约条件和影响因素的进行研究，分析了各因素 的作用及之间的关系，并对再生企业发展的核心竞争力进行了初探。对于建筑垃圾分类 收集后的再生利用方法，本文从废旧木料，废旧沥青，废旧砖瓦，废旧混凝土等几个方 面进行论述，并对再生产品的性能及性能改变的原因加以探讨和分析。文章最后建议应 以“全过程”的方式对建筑垃圾进行管理，重点分析了“减量化”与“资源化”的必要 性。 关键字：建筑垃圾，再生利用，产业化，菱形理论，核心竞争力，全过程管理 Abstract As one of the pillar industries of the national economy, the construction industry not only to consume a large amount of resources, and produce large amounts of construction waste. how to deal with So much construction wasteis a serious problem to be facedat the moment.
