山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 近年来，随着我国城市现代化改造和农村城市化进程的加快以 及基础设施的 建设， 大量的建筑原材料被消耗。与此同时，我国又有大量旧的建筑物、构筑物和城市基础设 施因达到使用年限而被拆除或改建，由此产生了巨量的建筑垃圾。建筑材料的开采与建 筑垃圾的填埋都对环境造成了严重的污染。 本文主要对建筑垃圾再生利用的环境性能进行了分析。 通过查阅国内外研究资料和文献，运用建筑垃圾主成分分析法，分析了建筑垃圾主 成分及再生产品的物理性能、力学性能和耐久性。 根据国内外资料分析了建筑原材料在开采、生产阶段和建筑垃圾在再生利用过程中 对环境的定性影响。运 用 LCA 评价理论研究了开采建筑原材料与再生利用建筑垃圾对环 境的定量影响。不仅增强了对比，而且使人们更清楚的认识到再生利用建筑垃圾在环保 方面的优越性。 借鉴环境成本的计算模型以可持续发展理论、总成本理论、边界机会成本理论和 SEEA 核算体系的环境成本计量理论为方法论基础，建立 生态环境成本核算体系的研究 框架，并将环境污染的损失进行货币化计量。 以青岛市为例，利用环境成本和生态环境成本估算方法分析比较了开采建筑原材料 与再生利用建筑垃圾的环境成本和生态环境成本。分析表明，再生利用建筑垃圾可节约 资源、能源，减少废弃物排放量，并可节省大量的环境成本和生态环境成本，符合可持 续发展的方针政策。 关键词：建筑垃圾，再生利用，建筑材料，环境影响，环境成本 ABSTRACT With the accelera ted process of city moder nization, rural urbaniza tion and infrastruct ure construct ion in recent years, a large number of construct ion materia ls were consumed. In the mea nwhile, a mass of construct ion waste were generated due to demolishing or rebuild ing of overa ge build ings, struct ures or infrastruct ures. Both exploitation of construct ion materia l and la ndfill of construct ion waste all raise serious environmental pollution. The essay analyses environmental performa nce of regenera te construct ion waste. More specifica lly, based on the domest ic and foreign research data and literature, the essay analyses the physica l properties, mecha nical properties and durability of ma in construct ion waste const ituent along with its re-product ion by adopting principal components analytic met hod. In addition, both qualitative and quantitative environmental impact are analyzed in the stage of mining, producing and recycling according to domest ic and foreign data toget her with LCA evaluation theory, aiming to make people aware of the advantage of recycling construct ion waste in environmental protection.
