建设工程项目风险管理的方法研究 建设工程项目风险管理的方法研究 摘 要 风险管理这一门学科，长期以来主要的研究对象是金融保险业，选择建设工 程项目的企业为研究对象，较系统地研究风险管理的方法，目前尚不多见，因此这 一研究，是具有一定的理论价值的。 工程项目建设需要耗费大量的人力、物力和财力，如果从事工程项目建设的 企业，忽视风险管理或风险管理不善，就会增加发生意外损失的可能，扩大意外损 失的后果。轻者工期拖延，增加各方成本，重者项目难以进行，使巨额投资无法收 回。因此本文的研究成果还具有现实意义和应用价值。 作者从建设工程项目的概念入手，阐述了建设工程项目的风险是客观存在的， 同时项目中的风险既涉及到威胁，也涉及到机会。为了能够更好地理解风险的性质 并对它们进行有效管理，不仅可避免不可预见的灾难，而且可以获得更加可靠的利 润，减少应急费用，将释放的资源用于其他任务，并抓住别人认为可能“风险太高” 而放弃的有利的投资机会。全文结合本企业较为系统地研究了建设工程项目风险管 理的方法。着重对建设工程项目风险识别和衡量，风险分析和评价进行了分析研究。 同时提出了风险度的设想，并在某项建设工程项目中采用了层次分析法(AHP)将 其定量化，为风险管理的决策提供了依据。 关键词：工程项目；风险管理；风险度；分析方法。 Research Research on the Method of Risk Management in Construction Projects Abstract The subject on risk management has long aimed at the finance insurance industry and the systematical research Oil the method of risk management with the construction enterprises as investigation objects is infrequent and oftheoretical worth． Construction of an engineering project demands a large quantity of labor power， material resource and financial force．If a construction enterprise neglects the risk management or takes faulty management，the possibility of unexpected loss shall be increased and the result of the loss shall be enlarged．Sli曲tly，it may delay the construction period to add the cost of all parties or badly the project may be difficult to proceed，which shall make disinvestments impossible．Therefore，the research achievement ofthis paper has realistic meaning and applicable value as well． The paper,beginning with the concept of the construction project，expatiates the external existence of the risk as well as the threat and opportunity concerning the risk in construction projects．By better comprehension and effective management to the characteristics of the risk，the entity may avoid unpredictable disasters，obtain more reliable profit，decrease emergent expense，apply the released resource to other tasks and grasp those profitable investment opportunities that are abandoned by others because of excessive risk．The paper res
