中文摘要 建设工程存在投资大、工期长，参与主体多，协作关系复杂的特点，工程 项目实施过程中的不确定因素为项目的业主和承包商带来了各种各样的风险，为 确保各方利益，实施风险管理就变得尤为重要。工程项目风险管理实际上是针对 工程项目实施过程中可能产生的各种风险事件，经过科学的评估和分析，采取合 理对策规避风险，从而保证项目顺利进行。项目风险管理包括风险识别、风险评 估、风险控制三个方面的内容。 本文所做的主要工作有: 1.通过学习和分析风险管理的发展现状，对工程项目的风险概念、特征以及 风险管理过程进行分析与研究。 2.对建设工程项目风险管理的主要步骤分别进行了分析。包括一是工程项目 的风险识别，这是工程项目风险管理的基础；二是工程项目的风险评估，这是工 程项目风险管理的关键；三是工程项目的风险控制，这是工程项目风险管理的核 心。 3.本文以专家调查打分法为基础，构建分级加权比率评判模型，并以实际工 程为例，对其进行风险识别、风险估计与评价，最后做出风险对策分析。 本文在对建设工程项目的风险管理问题进行理论探讨的基础上，结合实际 案例进行实证分析，为施工单位工程管理人员解决工程风险管理问题提供了决策 参考，具有一定的理论指导和实践应用价值。 关键词:建设工程 风险管理 分级加权 Abstract As construction project involves a series of features such as long in construction period, large in construction investment, more in participants, complicated in cooperative relationship, the uncertainties during the project implementation brings various kinds of risks to the project owner and contractor. Therefore, risk management became extremely important to ensure the interest of each side. Risk management adopts a rational countermeasure on the basis of rational analysis and evaluation to promote the realization of the management object of a project, in order to deal with any potential risks mention above. The course includes risk analysis, risk estimate and evaluation, risk management countermeasure. The paper made progress in the following aspects: The basic concept and feature of construction project risk and the course of risk management were analyzed and discussed by researching the current status of risk management development. The main process of risk management of construction project were analyzed systematically, including the risk identification which is the basis of risk management, the risk estimate and evaluation which is the key to risk managing and the risk management countermeasure which is the core of risk management.
