Finally, based on the above research and analysis, three major methods to improve the government’s supervision system of construction project quality are proposed: 1.to optimize the related laws and regulations; 2. to formulate innovated quality risk assessment model; 2.to reform the supervision and management system. In our quality risk assessment model, blind number was introduced to model the uncertainty factors quantitatively and to give each risk factor impacting the construct
