I I 江苏省跆拳道运动员焦虑特征研究 中文摘要 江苏省跆拳道运动员焦虑特征研究 中文摘要 在现代跆拳道比赛中，不仅仅是运动员技术水平的比较，而更多的是体能、技能、 战术能力、运动智能以及心理能力的综合比拼。随着训练方法透明度的增大，运动员 身体素质方面的差距越来越接近。在激烈、势均力敌的高水平比赛时，运动员的赛前、 赛中心理状态对于战胜对手、发挥自己的应有水平，就显得特别重要。面对瞬息万变 的场上变化，特定的内心活动能够直接控制和影响其行为和活动，影响其在比赛中的 心理过程和身体、技术、战术的发挥，这种内心变化直接体现在运动员表现为不同的 焦虑水平。运动员的情绪变化与不同的气质类型也有着密切的关系。 本文通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、逻辑分析和数理统计等研究方法，选 用斯皮尔伯格（Spielberger）的《状态－特质焦虑量表》、马腾斯（Martens)的《运动 竞赛焦虑测验》和陈会昌的《气质类型量表》，对江苏省跆拳道运动员的心理焦虑特 征进行分析研究。 结果表明： 1.江苏省跆拳道运动员的气质类型以多血质和胆汁质人数最多，焦虑值较低；相对 来说粘液质的人焦虑值较高；无抑郁质类型的运动员。 2.江苏省跆拳道运动员的平均焦虑水平属中等焦虑水平。 3.年龄小的运动员相对于年龄大的运动员焦虑水平起伏较大。 4.随着运动年限的增加，运动员的特质焦虑和状态焦虑水平都会逐渐降低；混合型 运动员的特质焦虑和状态焦虑是最高的，攻守平衡型是最低的。 5.运动竞赛特质焦虑有极显著的性别差异，男运动员明显高于女性。 6.运动员的文化程度的高低与他们的运动竞赛特质焦虑呈负相关的趋势。 关键词：江苏省；跆拳道运动员；焦虑特征 作 者：周杏芳 指导老师：蔡 赓 副教授 II II Abstract Anxiety research of the Jiangsu Province Taekwondo athletes Anxiety research of the Jiangsu Province Taekwondo athletes Abstract The modern taekwondo contest is not just the competition of athletes’ technique level, but more of the competition of physical strength, skill, and tactical ability, kinesthetic intelligence and mental ability.
