西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 居住区景观发展历程及趋势研究 姓 名：王瑞鑫 专 业：艺术设计 指导老师：吕小辉 副教授 摘要 景观在居住区中发挥着重要作用，不仅影响着居民的心理、生理健康以及精 神生活，成为评判居住区发展整体水平的一个重要标准，甚至成为影响人们能否 “诗意的安居”的重要因素。我国居住区景观的发展，从简单的绿化设计到满足 基本生活需求，再到精神上的情境合一，经历其开端、发展并且日益成熟，期间 各种风格层出不穷。因此，有必要对我国居住区景观的发展及风格演变进行梳理， 找出其影响因素，并为今后居住区景观的发展理清方向。 本文对我国居住区景观的发展演变进行了梳理并将其分为起步、发展、多元 化发展三个阶段。着重总结了居住区景观风格多元化发展阶段时期几种主要居住 区景观的特征，即上一世纪 90 年代以后的地中海风格、西班牙风格、法式风格、 英式风格、现代风格、中式风格等；通过每种风格的典型案例，论述了这些特征 的具体表现形式；并讨论了这些景观风格各具特色的表现形式与其存在着文化融 合、注重生态、关注生活氛围的共性。文章最后对生活方式、居住模式、文化审 美三个主要影响居住区景观风格发展演变的因素进行了论述，并总结出了居住区 景观向传统文化回归、注重绿色生态、营造生活氛围的三个发展趋势。希望通过 本文的研究能够真实记述我国居住区（尤其是 90 年代以后）景观风格发展演变的 过程，并对当前的居住区景观设计起到抛砖引玉的作用。 关键词：居住区；景观风格；影响因素；发展趋势 The research on the development and trend of residential landscape Specialty: Art and Design Name: Wang Ruixin Instructor:Lv Xiaohui Abstract Landscape plays an important role in residential area. It not only affects the residents’ mental and physical health but also have influence to the spiritual life. Landscape have already turned into an important standard to the development of residential area and it even becomes the mainly element to the influence of ‘The poetic dwelling’. The development of residential area landscape have already experienced its beginning, development and the mature process.This process is from brief greening design to the satisfying for living, and finally to the combination of spirit.Under this situation,all kinds of styles emerged constantly.So it is necessary to classify the change of the styles and the development for the domestic residential areas. In the first part of the essay, the change and development for the residential landscape have been classified.
