居住区景观的主题化设计研究 摘 要 居住区景观环境是整个居住区的重要组成部分，对居住水平有重要影 响。我国城市居住区正在面临从单一小区模式向多样化模式发展的趋势， 这将对居住区园林环境产生深刻影响。居住区园林环境的水平，直接影响 到城市园林的水平，直接影响到城市生态环境的水平。加强对居住区园林 环境的研究，改进居住区园林环境建设，已经成为刻不容缓的事情。 论文就居住区景观环境建设提出了如下观点：项目主题是贯穿整个项 目始终的一条红线，展现项目在当地市场与众不同的风貌与个性。因此， 在住宅小区景观设计伊始就要确立主题化的设计思路，主题趋向应以现状 为出发点，讲究整体和谐、并从大处着手，不拘小节，整合前期策划信息 和可行性专业操作优势，对项目规划设计的主题进行明确的定位。换种说 法，就是在“天人合一”的整体观层面上，对居住区景观实行的主题化设 计思路，使人与景观资源之间建立一种和谐、均衡的整体关系。 关键词：居住区，景观，主题，主题化设计 Study on The Themationation-Design of Residential Landscape ABSTRACT The landscape environment is the important part of the whole residential areaand has direct influence in living level.Today,Chinese residential area is becomingmany styles,which is influencing landscape environment in urban residential area.With the improving of living,the inhabitants wish the better landscape environment inurban residential area.Because of the quantity of residential area constructing is closeto 1/2 quantity of the whole urban construction,the landscape environment in urbanresidential area is directly influencing the level of urban landscape and urbaneco-environment.To strengthen the research on landscape environment in urbanresidential area and improve landscape environment in urban residential area,arepressing. The article make the following point of view on the landscape design in the residential district:the Project theme is always a clue throughout the Projects, showing different geographical features and personality. So it is necessary that designers should establish the theme of design ideas about the landscape design in the residential district at the beginning of the design.At the same time, the article expounded around the related factors, type, and planning process on the theme of landscape design in the residential district.
