RESEARCH ON KEY TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE OLD CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION
ABSTRACT
As a major structure of high-grade highway, the cement concrete road has been used in our country widely, and it is promoting the economic which along the road development rapidly, however there are some structural damages and functional defects as the cement concrete road used. Learn from the successful transformation experience of the old cement road and engineering practice abroad, found that by breaking the old concrete pavement into small fragments and surfacing the asphalt surface above them, it can eliminate the existing problems in the old cement road surface, and slow down the development of reflective cracks.
In order to illustrate theory for each reconstruction process and the pavement reconstruction results. In this paper, by using the software of ANSYS finite element to analysis the development
of cracks、change of the stress in the plate、the settlement of the plate and so on.So as come to the
mechanical mechanism for each reconstruction processes during the break process.Then through simulation the stress in overlay to analysis the influence that the cement concrete to the overlay
as grass-roots. By analyzing the influence that along with the change of block size 、 cement
concrete modulus after breaked、thickness of original cement concrete slab、thickness of overlay to the overlay,come to the key technology and control standards during the “white to black”
reconstruction. In the end, drawing on the promotion that if the old cement road broken into small fragments surface treatment process in reducing the emergence and development of reflective cracks, extending the road life, improving the quality of roads and so on. So as to refer the advance that the technology of the white to black in the road transformation.
This paper is based on the cement pavement reconstruction project of HB-XD expressway and Shi-Tai Expressway, through the on-site
