摘要 摘要 I I 金融发展影响我国就业增长的经验研究 摘要 改革开放以来，我国经济获得了突飞猛进的发展，与此同时我国金融行业也不断发 展壮大，到 2013 年年底，金融机构人民币各项存款余额 117.4 万亿，各项贷款余额 71.9 万亿，货币供应量（年底余额）从 1990 年的 15293.4 亿到 2013 年 1106525.6 亿元，资 本市场发展方面，2013 年上市公司总市值达到 239077 亿元，股票成交总额 488729 亿元， 以衡量金融发展的常用指标——货币化率表示，2013 年我国的货币化率为 1.95，而 1978 年仅为 0.16,2013 年比 1978 年提高了将近 12 倍，从这一指标看我国金融发展已处在世 界前列。金融是现代经济的核心，与我们的经济社会生活息息相关，也在经济和社会发 展中有着举足轻重的地位。而另一方面，随着我国经济增长，就业压力依然巨大，而原 因是多方面的：一是我国人口基数大，需要就业的人数每年的增加量巨大。二是由于城 乡发展不平衡造成农村人口大量进城导致城镇就业压力巨大。三是由于我国经济增长放 缓，经济对就业的拉动能力减弱。 本文将这两个经济现象联系起来研究，通过理论分析和实证研究讨论金融发展对就 业的影响作用，本文利用扩展的 cobb-douglas 生产函将金融发展加入作为新的解释变量， 构建物质资本存量、工资水平、技术进步水平和金融发展影响就业的数学模型，并通过 运用平稳性检验、协整检验、回归分析以及稳健性检验对 1990 年到 2012 年的省际面板 数据进行分析。计量结果表明金融发展对就业增长有一定的促进作用，其促进作用主要 体现在对非国有部门信贷规模和地方金融效率。由于将技术进步也加入到了模型当中， 同时我们发现，金融发展还有利于技术进步，技术进步对就业增长也有积极的促进作用。 关键词：金融发展；生产函数；就业；面板数据 Ab Abstract II II An empirical research of Financial development affects employment growth Abstract The economy of our country has greatly increased since the reform and open-up policy,Meanwhile, the level of financial development is very significant.By the end of 2013, financial institutions outstanding obligation is 117.4 trillion, the outstanding loan is 71.9, The money supply (at the end of the year ) from 1990 1.52934 trillion to 2 013 110.6525 trillion, capital market development, the total market value of quoted co mpany in 2013 reached 23.9077 trillion,Transactions of shares on the stock exchange is 48. 8729 trillion.As Mckinnon index,our country’s index Increased from 0.16 in 1978 to 1. 95 in 2012,increased 179 percentage points.This level is also higher than many countri es in the world.
