摘要 金融综合经营理论与实践是本文研究的主要内容。金融综合经营一直是我 国金融研究领域的热点问题，也是推进我国金融业健康发展所亟需解决的问 题。本文首先对金融综合经营的学术内涵进行了界定，同时梳理了国内外学者 有关金融综合经营的研究文献。在此基础上，本文通过规范分析的方式在规模 经济、范围经济、市场效率和风险效应四个方面对金融综合经营进行了研究。 同时，又对美、英、德等成熟经济体金融综合经营发展的模式与特点进行了比 较分析。最后，本文结合我国金融综合经营发展的现状以及企业案例，在监管 环境优化、法律环境优化、 企业发展方向、集团构建手段、企业治理等问题上 对推进我国金融综合经营的发展提出了现实建议。 关键字：金融综合经营 ，规范分析，国际比较 ，环境优化 Abstract This article mainly talks about the theory and practice of comprehensive financial operation. Comprehensive financial operation has been a hot issue in the field of financial research, and is also a problem need to be solved in promoting the healthy development of Chinas financial sector. Firstly, the academic connotation of comprehensive financial operation is defined, while combing the literature on domestic and foreign scholars’comprehensive financial operation. On this basis, this paper analyzes the economic significance of comprehensive financial operation by standard analysis methods. At the same time, a comparative study of the comprehensive financial model is made between the United States, Britain, Germany and other economies. Finally, this study proposes a realistic proposal on Chinas financial comprehensive development in two levels including the external environment and enterprise development.
