傅俊毅：金坛市金针菇生产现状及发展对策金坛市金针菇生产现状及发展对策 傅俊毅：金坛市金针菇生产现状及发展对策 金坛市金针菇生产现状及发展对策 摘要 金针菇作为一种营养丰富、口味独特的食用菌，在我国有着的旺盛市场需求， 发展金针菇栽培，可为种植户带来较好的经济收益。 本文首先分析了金坛市的地理环境、自然资源及人力资源，归纳出在本地大 力发展金针菇具有资源优势、市场优势及生产传统优势，但同时也存在着制约其 进一步发展的不利因素如劳动力素质不高、生产技术发展较慢等。指出了扶持与 发展金针菇的迫切性。 其次，本文总结了金针菇在本地生产过程中遇到的主要技术问题，提出了出 现这些问题的原因与解决方案；针对金针菇生产中易产生下脚料、易造成污染的 问题，研究提出了对其综合利用的技术，包括饲喂利用技术、作为其它食用菌(鸡 腿菇、秀珍菇、姬菇)培养料技术和生物有机肥利用技术；根据本地生产经验， 结合已有研究，提出了金坛市金针菇生产的技术规程。 针对金针菇发展中主要遇到的土地流转、技术与资金短缺等问题，提出了扶 持龙头企业、提升产品档次、打造品牌等推广思路。 关键词：金坛市，金针菇，生产状况，对策 傅俊毅：金坛市金针菇生产现状及发展对策Status 傅俊毅：金坛市金针菇生产现状及发展对策 Status and Strategy of Flammulina Velutipes Development in Jintan County Abstact As a nutritious edible fungi witll special taste．Flammulina velutipes are facing a rising market demand，resulting in high incoming for those producers． At first,geography,resource of nature and labor in Jintan county are analyzed， concluding the predominance in resource，market and tradition，as well as the disadvantage f．actors restricting the production,pointing out the urgency for supporting the development of Flammulina velutipes． Secondly,main technological problems in process of Flammulina velutipes production are summarized，followed by the cause and resolvent to these problems； according to the waste materials in Flammulina velutipes production，a set of integrated technological methods，including acting as feedstuff,culture medium for other edible fungi(Chicken leg mushroom，oyster mushroom，Branched Oyster Mushroom)and organic fertilizer．Based on techniques from experience，in associated with results of studies，a set of technological rules for Flammulina velutipes production in Jintan county is raised． According to the situation of disadvantages such as soil transfer,lack of technique and capiml，the extension scheme involving supporting leading enterprises，raising quality level，forging powerful trademark，is presented． Key words：Jintan county,Flammulina velutips，sta：tus，strategy Ⅱ 傅俊毅：金坛市金针菇，1三产现状及发展对策扬州大学学位论文原创性声明和版权使用授权书 傅俊毅：金坛市金针菇，1三产现状及发展对策 扬州大学学位论
