b b 摘 要 社区服务是工业化、城市化和现代化的产物，也是改革开放中发展起来的新兴服务业，社区服务的发展水平已经成为社会进步和经济发展的一个重要标志。目前，我国正处于社会转型加速时期，社区服务业发展空间巨大。随着经济社会的快速发展和人民群众物质生活水平的提高，社区的地位和作用已经越来越受到重视。我国正处在转型时期,人口老龄化、失业等一系列问题使拓展社区服务发展成为必然。文章对社区服务发展的一系列问题展开了分析，并探讨了城市社区服务发展的趋势及对策。 关键词 社区服务；发展现状；趋势 Abstract The community service is the outcome of industrialization, urbanization and modernization and a new kind of the third industry development in the process of reform and opening up. The developmental level of the community service has become an important mark of the level of economic development and social process.
