手术室医院感染中432例IRPA感染特征差异性研究 1丛连华 2林颖 3孙宝文 1黑龙江省齐齐哈尔医学院第二附属医院手术室161006 2黑龙江省齐齐哈尔医学院第二附属医院手术室161006 3黑龙江省齐齐哈尔医学院第二附属医院麻醉科161006 【摘要】目的：分析手术室医院感染中IRPA感染特征的差异性。方法：选本院外科就诊且被确诊为IRPA感染的患者432例，对其临床表现进行记录，并且将其结果进行统计分析。结果：经统计除了损伤和烧伤外，患者年龄大于59岁的患者占95%，患者平均住院天数为( 24. 88±25. 97) 天，按照基础疾病分类，最高者为胰腺疾病患者；按照发生感染的部位分类最高者为泌尿道感染者，对手术室医院感染中IRPA感染侵入性操作使用频率远高于非IRPA 医院感染者。结论：IRPA 医院感染患病人群集中在老年人, 以胰腺患者为主，感染部位多集中于泌尿系统感染，治疗方法较多。 【关键词】耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌；诊断；治疗；分析 The operating room hospital infection in 432 cases of IRPA infection characteristic difference research 【Abstract 】Objective:To analysis the operating room in the hospital infection IRPA infection characteristics of the difference. Conclusion: IRPA hospital infection patient population concentration in the elderly patients with pancreas, mainly focus on the position, the infection of urinary tract infection, treatment is more. 【Keywords 】Resistance to imine culture south pseudomonas aeruginosa; Diagnosis; Treatment; analysis 耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌(IRPA)医院感染是一种感染性疾病，其病因为雅安培南的使用导致了耐药性，对其耐药性的感染也就越来越多，其病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌( PAE)，PAE是医院的一种常见病菌之一。笔者通过对本院手术室医院感染中432例IRPA感染特征进行分析，以便采取有效的措施进行临床治疗。先将结果报道如下： 1资料与方法 1.1 研究对象 选2011年1月-2012年11月于本院外科就诊且被确诊为手术室医院感染中432例IRPA感染的患者，其中男212例，女220例。年龄为60.2±22.3岁。432例中无基础疾病诊断的5例，次感染日期距离入院日期均数大于6倍的33例，除去这两项病例后，纳入统计范围的患者病例共432例,其中男性332例次76.01% ,女性100例次23.99%。 1.2 研
