第34 卷 第9 期 中 南 林 业 科 技 大 学 学 报 Vol. 34 No. 9 2014 年9 月 Journal of Central South University of Forestry Technology Sep. 2014 6个仿栗家系光合特性的比较 1 1,2 1 李志辉 ，欧日明 ，王佩兰 （1. 中南林业科技大学林学院，湖南长沙4 10004；2. 湖南省林业厅，湖南长沙4 10007 ） 摘 要：以6 个家系的仿栗为试验材料，通过动态监测4 种光合特征参数，对不同家系间仿栗的光合特性进行 比较研究，为优良家系的选择与保护提供理论依据。结果表明：仿栗净光合速率(Pn) 、气孔导度(Gs) 、蒸腾速率 (Tr) 、叶绿素总量(Ct) 、叶绿素a/b 值(Ca/Cb) 在家系间均存在显著的差异；气孔导度、蒸腾速率与净光合速率呈 C P 显著正相关，胞间CO 浓度 与净光合速率 呈显著负相关；仿栗光合特性在家系间存在丰富的遗传变异。 2 i n 综合各方因素，3 号家系为所选家系中的最优家系。 关键词：仿栗；家系；光合特性；光合参数；比较研究 中图分类号：S718.43 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1673-923X(2014)09-0001-05 Comparative study on six families of Sloanea hemsleyana based on photosynthesis characteristics 1 1,2 1 LI Zhi-hui , OU Ri-ming , WANG Pei-lan (1.School of Forestry, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha 410004, Hunan, China; 2. Hunan Forestry Department, Changsha 410007, Hunan, China) Abstract: By taking six families of Sloanea hemsleyana as the tested materials, theirs four kinds of photosynthetic parameters were and monitored and measured, the photosynthetic characteristics of different families were comparatively studied through continuous monitoring in order to provide theoretical basis for the selection and protection of S. hemsleyana superior family. The studying results show that there were significant diff
