除雪车工作装置 摘要：将除雪铲与其底盘大梁连接，（本文以东风汽车EQ1081TZ12D5类型的 汽车底盘作为基底），对道路冰雪混合物的机械性能和物理性能完成清 除和分析。除雪工作装置与货车连接，节约成本，结构简单。在利用 闲置资源的方面也达到了最佳的效果。重点在于除雪铲及除雪铲与汽 车的连接机构的工作原理设计及其结构设计，强度计算及校核。 本文的主要工作如下： 1?研究除雪车的种类与特点，确定除雪车的设计方案； 考虑除雪作业要求，工艺性、结构性等因素，参照相关试验数据选 取合适的雪铲结构参数，对除雪铲板空间曲面进行分析、设计以及 确定合适的除雪铲与车身连接的结构计算与校核计算； 通过除雪车作业计算，分析前雪铲作业吋整车的牵引特性及功率匹 配特性。 关键词：除雪车，铲板曲面，除雪铲与车身连接，功率 Snowplow working device Abstract： Snow shovels will connect with the chassis beam (The car chassis Dongfeng Automobile EQ1081TZ12D5 will as a type substrate), complete removal and analysis the road ice snow mixture of the mechanical and physical properties . The main work of this paper is as follows: Study on removal of 1 Types and characteristics of the sleigh, determine the design schemeof the snow removal; consider the snow removal work requirements, technological, structural and other factors,according to the related test data for the selection of the snow shovel appropriate structure parameters, to shovel snow board space surface analysis, design and determine the appropriate addition to calculate and check the snow shovel and body connection structure calculation; through the snow removing vehicle operation calculation, analysis before the snow shoveloperation vehicle traction characteristics and power matching characteristics.
