M BC strategy is an effective control approach that uses the liberal e- conomy market to smi ulate the comp lex control system, where the energy system and the controlled system are re- placed by seller and consumer, and applies the merchandises supply-dem and( S-D) law to distribute the control energy. In the paper, a sem-i active control strategy for th is sem-i active base-isolated system usingM BC strategy is proposed to actualize the effective control of theMRDs voltage. Numerical smi ulation results show that the pro- posed scheme can make the best of theMRDs variable-damping characteristic, and can sign ificantly m itigate the response of the structure.
