ABSTRACT: A multi-timescale coordination method for (auto
ACE-advanced control is proposed, which can consider the generation controlAGC)
different response speed of various generators. Firstly, the AGC
deficiencies of the existing area control error (ACE)-advance AGC AGC
control methods are analyzed and a novel model to forecast the
ideal total power output within a control area is developed;
secondly, the relation between the scheduling of scheduled
(AGC)
generators and the executed results are analyzed, and an
(CPS) (ACE)
algorithm, which is used to predict the error between the
scheduling and the actual output of the scheduled generators, is 0
developed; and then, considering total output, the output of (ACE)
scheduled generators and the desired operation point of AGC
(AGC) ACE
