This article mainly from Jiangxi farmers e-commerce consciousness, backward rural e-commerce infrastructure, lack of rural electronic commerce talented person, the circulation of agricultural products policy sys- tem incomplete aspects analysis problems of Jiangxi rural electronic business, and put forward the corresponding solution strategy.
