The consciousness of history enhances the dominating position of the subject of political communication, strengthens the functionality of the contents, lays the foundation of constructing a narrative frame with the nature of plurality and stands as an inherent requirement of the object of political communication when they pursue practices. Therefore, analyzing the historicity of political communication is a new approach of understanding the nature of political communication and its theoretical development.
