具体的评标方法 method of bids evaluation 按中国商务部“13号令”的规定执行 According to regulations of Ministry of Commerce: 1、评标价、投标价、合同价的概念：definition: bids evaluation price, bidding price, contract price 2、评标价与投标价和合同价的关系：relations 评标价≠投标价≠合同价bids evaluation price ≠ bidding price ≠ contract price 3、在招标文件的附表中列明评标的标准，在评标中使用。在事先未制定的评标标准，在评标中不准使用。List bids evaluation criteria in appendix of bidding documents and use them during evaluation.
