Methods: Take the method of prospective, randomized, parallel positive drug control to observe 225 cases of the CRF patients ,the test group of 111 cases and 114 cases of the control group. the test group were treated HeidiHuang wan and the control group were treated ShenkangNing. observe clinical symptoms and Detection the level of renal function and Red blood cell and Hemoglobin of the two groups after two months treatment by oral medication. Results: 1.The total efficiency of test group is 80.56%,which is significantly better than the control group（63.39%）, p＜0.01. 2. Test group HeidiHuang wan can reduce the blood Creatinine level(p <0.05) and increased Ccr level (p<0.01), there was significant difference compared with the control group, p <0.01, p <0.05.3. HeidiHuang wan can significantly increase The level of Red blood cell and Hemoglobin, P <0.01. Red blood cell and Hemoglobin after treatment of control group compared with The level before treatment has no statistical significance, p> 0.05. Conclusion: HeidiHuang can improve clinical symptoms, protect the renal function and improve anemia. It can delay the progression of chronic renal failure.
