The drug laws of thermal lung disease Speciality:Medical Department of TCM Auther:Qiu Mengru Tutor:Prof.Zhang Wei Abstract Purpose: Through sorting and screening a lot of breathing medical hospital cases about outpatients and inpatients in November 2010 during November 2011 in Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine first affiliated hospital, using a statistical analysis of the frequency, thus discuss and research of the drug laws of thermal lung disease. Methods: Screening the cases from November 2010 to November 2011 of four kinds of lung diseases in Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine first affiliated hospital, classifying them by the theory of TCM, standard into four common respiratory diseases. Collecting the cases that used thermal drug frequency statistics,summarizing those who used the high frequency medicine by the classification of doing work. According to Chinese medicine diagnosis and regular patterns, making out the drug laws of thermal lung disease. Results: Through the results of the study show that, each index has statistically significant research meaning, the clinical research scheme is the innovation. In the text the drug laws of heat medicine concluded are verified through the clinical symptoms and syndrome differentiation. Conclusion：The research is studying of the hot medicine for cold syndrome, cold sputum, deficient cold syndrome to find out the drug laws. It is thought that cold sputum is the most suitable syndrome who can use hot medicine, as the result shows, medicine used for cold phlegm have the most important place, besides, it can coordinated with divergent wind cold medicine and warmly invigorating spleen and kidney medicine. There’re also another laws can be followed besides dialectical therapy. The laws above are about hot medicine used for pulmonary system disease, they have kinds of clinical significance.
