The emergence of the Internet finemcial can effectively solve the problem of finemcing difficulties of small and medium enterprises. The financing mode is diverse, such as P2 P mode, the raise pat tern, microf inance loan company + platform, etc., but because of its short history of establishment, credit risk is high, and the financial supervision is still blank, so there arc many problems in the process of execution. The government， the Internet financial platform and the small and medium enterprises should perform its own functions. The government should promote legislation to strengthen regulation, small and medium enterprises should strengthen their credit system construction, and the Tnternet financial platform should protect the intcrcsts of consumers and promotc small and medium enterprise in New District to vigorous development which can contribute to the development.
