二甲双肌治疗社区老年2型糖尿病患者的效果观察 上海松江区九亭镇社区卫牛服务中心 上海201600 【摘 要】目的：探讨二甲双弧治疗社区老年2型糖尿病患者的效果。 方法:选择2014年12月-2015年12月我社区收治的老年2型糖尿病患者64例， 按诊疗编号将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各有患者32例。对照组患者 应用常规胰岛素笔进行治疗，观察组患者应用二甲双弧进行治疗，对比两组患者 的血糖控制效果以及不良反应发牛情况。结果：治疗前两组患者各项对比指标相 比无显著差异，不具统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白、 空腹血糖、胰岛素改善情况均优于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P0.05)；观察 组患者6.25%的不良反应率明显低于对照组25.0%的不良反应发牛率，差异具统 计学意义(PV0.05)。结论：应用二甲双弧治疗社区老年2型糖尿病患者，血糖 控制情况良好，不良反应发生率低，值得将其广泛的推广应用于临床治疗中 【关键词】二甲双肌；社区老年2型糖尿病；效果；不良反应 Abstract： Objective： To in vestigate metformin comm unity elderly type 2 diabetes results.Methods： December 2014 - December 2015 64 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated my community, according to the diagnosis and treatment of all patients were divided into the number observation group and the control group, 32 patients in each group.The control group of patients treated with conventional insulin pen, metformin treated patients in the observation group, glycemic control compared two groups of patients and adverse events.Results： Compared to no treatment of the two groups of patients before contrast index significant differenee not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05). after treatment, the observation group were glycated hemoglobin, fasting glucose, insulin improvement than the control group, a differenee statistically significant (P lt;0.05)； the observation group were 6.25% of the adverse reaction rates were significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions was 25.0%, the difference statistically significant (P lt;0.05) .Conclusion： Metformin comm unity elderly patie nts with type 2 diabetes, good blood glucose control, low incidence of adverse reactions, it is worth it widely used in the clinical treatment of promotion Key words： Metformi n； comm unity elderly type 2 diabetes； adverse reactions； effect 【中图分类号1R587.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号)2096-0867(2016) 10-029-02 糖尿病属于代谢类疾病，发病机制复杂，可由遗传因素所致，也与患者 的生活习惯相关⑴。随着人们生活习惯和生活环境的改变，我国2型糖尿病患 者的发病率逐渐上升，以老年人为最。老年患者体制较差，因此在治疗时不仅要 注意治疗效果，还要保证用药的安全性⑵。为了研讨二甲双呱治疗2型糖尿病 的效果，笔者于2014年1
