产业专业化、多样化对城市群经济增长影响 内容提要产业专业化、多样化分工与分工交易经济是研 究城市群形成与发展的重要路径，城市群形成与发展的过程 就是产业分工不断深化的过程。专业化还是多样性分工更有 利于区域经济增长是学者们长期关注的问题，已有的研究往 往忽略了区域经济发展水平的差异以及城市群中各城市的 功能定位，而实证研究结果的不一致导致了对这一问题的长 期争论。论文构建了一个加入专业化与多样化分工要素的城 市经济增长模型，分析产业专业化与多样化对城市群及其内 部各城市经济增长的影响，并以广西北部湾城市群为研究对 象进行实证分析。 关键词产业专业化产业多样化 城市群 经济增长 Industrial Department of Guangxi Development and Reform Commission (Nanning, 530022) Abstract : Industrial specialization , diversifiedtion division of labor and transaction is the important path of research on the formation and development of urban agglomeration. The formation and development process of urban agglomeration is the deepening process of industrial division. Is specialization or diversifiedtion more favor to area economic growth ? Investigators mostly ignore the difference of economic development and the functional localization of each city in urban agglomeration, the discord of empirical research outcome result in long一term debate? The paper construct a city economic growth model added in specialization and diversifiedtion, analyze the influence of industrial specialization and diversification on the economic growth of urban agglomeration and each city among it. We take Beibu gulf urban agglomeration as object of empirical study. Key Words： industrial specialization； industrial diversification ； urban agglomeration ； economic growth 产业专业化、多样化分工与分工交易经济是城市群形成 和发展的重要动力。专业化还是多样性分工更有利于区域经 济增长是学者们长期关注的问题。实证研究的结果并不一 致，因而对这一问题的争论一直存在。本文拟将区域经济发 展水平差异、城市功能定位差异等因素加入对这一问题的分 析，以求得出有益的结论。 一、区域专业化、多样化的内涵 专业化和多样化是分工的两个方面。专业化 (Specialization),是指某一经济主体“依赖于其他(经 济主体)提供自己不生产的东西，集中提供特定类型的商品 和服务”(牛津经济学词典(第一版)，2000),或者说一个 人或组织减少其生产活动中不同职能操作的种类，即，将生 产活动集中于较少的不同职能的操作上(盛洪，1995)。而 多样化(Diversification)是指‘一个企业或国家的活动 在不同类型产品或不同市场间的扩展”(牛津经济学词典 (第一版)，2000)□在使用上，专业化常常有两种含义：一 种指专业化的程度或状态，另一种则指专业化的趋向或过 程。前者是静态的，后者是动态的。然而，多样化 (Diversification)却仅仅是一个动态的概念，静态意义 的概念多用多样性(Diversity)来表述。Siegel等(1993, 1995)认为，‘经济多样化是一个随时间变化而多样性状态 不断提高的过程。 专业化与多样性可用于不同层面的描述。在个体层面 上，专业化是指个体具有特定的技能或专业资格。在企业水 平上，专业化是指企业集中于特定产业
