Unit 5 Do you want to watch a game show? (Section B 2a-2e) 教学设计 思礼镇初级中学 陈彦瑞 教学内容分析 本单元的核心话题是“讨论娱乐活动(Talk about Entertainment)”。Section A的话题主要围绕电视节目(TV shows)展开，引入了各种不同的节目类型；Section B在此基础上拓展了电影(movie)这个话题，2a-2e作为一个完整的阅读板块围绕卡通片(cartoons)这一电影类型展开，主要讨论一个为学生熟知的美国卡通形象—米老鼠(Mickey Mouse)，让学生通过阅读了解卡通片在美国文化中的地位，特别是米老鼠的诞生和成名过程、以及人们喜欢它的原因。 教学设计理念 本部分阅读教学仍然采用读前(Pre-reading)、读中(While-reading)、读后(Post-reading)的设计思路，通过饶有趣味的话题导入激发学生的阅读热情，通过层层递进的阅读任务逐步加深学生对语篇内容的把握，通过自主发现的诱导式探究促进学生对重要语言知识的掌握，最后通过开展与话题密切联系的“信息沟(Information Gap)”游戏让学生在轻松愉快的环境中实现话题延伸，并在该游戏成果的基础上及时进行写作技能强化。 本部分教学活动始终遵循任务型教学的教学理念，以学生为学习的主体，以任务为中心，贯穿听、说、读、写四项基本技能的培养。同时提倡学生参与、体验、独立思考、合作探究，教会学生在做中学、在学中用。 教学目标设计 知识与技能 Master the key words and expressions：culture, famous, appear, become, rich, successful, might, main, reason, common, film, unlucky, lose, girlfriend, character, think of, come out, one of the main reasons, such as, be ready to, try his best.
