PAGE 6 PAGE 2 300份玉米种质对两种灰斑病菌的抗性评价 刘可杰，董怀玉，姜钰，胡兰, 徐婧, 王丽娟, 徐秀德 （辽宁省农业科学院植物保护研究所 沈阳 110161） 摘要：2013～2016年，采用田间人工接种方法，评价了300份玉米种质对两种灰斑病菌玉米尾孢（Cercospora zeina）和玉蜀黍尾孢（Cercospora zeae-maydis）的抗性，结果表明：对玉米尾孢表现高抗、抗和中抗的种质分别为10、100和121份，表现感和高感的种质分别为62份和7份；对玉蜀黍尾孢表现高抗、抗和中抗的种质分别为4、33和78份，表现感和高感的种质分别为137份和48份；76.99%的供试种质对玉米尾孢表现为高抗、抗或中抗，而61.67%的供试种质对玉蜀黍尾孢表现为感或高感，说明玉米尾孢对大多数种质的致病力较玉蜀黍尾孢弱。 关键词：玉米灰斑病；抗性评价；玉米尾孢；玉蜀黍尾孢 Evaluation of 300 Maize Germplasms for Resistance to Cercospora zeina and Cercospora zeae-maydis Liu Ke-jie, Dong Huai-yu, Jiang Yu, Hu Lan, Xu Jing, Wang Li-juan, Xu Xiu-de, Institute of Plant Protection, Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shenyang 110161 Abstract: During 2013-2016, 300 maize germplasms were evaluated for resistance to Cercospora zeina and Cercospora zeae-maydis using artificial inoculation in the fields. The results showed that 10, 100, 121, 62 and 7 maize germplasms were highly resistant, resistant, moderately resistant, susceptible and highly susceptible to C. zeina respectively, however, 4, 33, 78, 137 and 48 maize germplasms were highly resistant, resistant, moderately resistant, susceptible and highly susceptible to C. zeae-maydis respectively. The 76.99% germplasms were highly resistant, resistant or moderately resistant to C. zeina, but 61.67% germplasms were susceptible or highly susceptible to C. zeae-maydis. It indicated that the pathogenicity of C. zeina to most germplasms was weaker than C. zeae-maydis.
