Students brainstorm possible resources for background information. Divide the class into groups. Give groups 2 case-studies for managing the task. Encourage students to design questions which cover as many aspects of insurance covering according to the background and 2 cases. Encourage students to do the group work and to work out a letter of insurance covering according to the background information in 2 cases. The teacher chooses to check one of their group work, points out the mistakes that students made in the letter, tell them what possible errors that would be occur in their writing. Steps 5: Sample questions: 1; What is agency? 2:Why agency business relation establishment is important to international trade? 3: When an agent is being selected, what qualifications should be considered? 4:What is the basic way to obtain the information on financial standing or the credit of business individuals to be dealt with? 5:What details should be attended when you are drafting an agreement of agency?
