AB STRACT Calcaneus intraarticular fracture is one of them ost comp licated fractures. Because it has som e different types un
der com plex circumstance, different m eans of treatm en t and its uncertain pro nosis, w hich m akes peop le disappointed for the
treatment. W e have m any clin ic classifications from Xray and CT, Sanders classification is the most common. A s for them eans
of treatm en t and operation treatm ent. Throu h conservative treatm ent, one synthesizem ethod w hich ami s at recoverin the action
function of the foot and hou h is more ideal. This paper m ain ly introduces concrete m ethods, the adaptive testmi on ies of the
