比较级的复习
作为复习课,当然和新授课不同。我认为小学英语的复习中,最关键的问题是要让学生在每一节复习课中都能把所学知识综合运用。因此,在设计复习课时,应该把培养学生综合运用语言的能力作为比较重要的一个目标。以比较级为例:

1. To say and use the comparative degree of adjectives correctly in sentences: … is … than …
2. To express themselves with the comparative degree of adjectives in given situations or their daily life.

Instructional procedures:
Ⅰ. Warming-up
1. Free talk
Talk about our names, hobbies, heights and weights.
Ⅱ. Presentation
Talk about our family members and friends.
… is my friend. He/she has big eyes, small ears… he/she is tall.
T write the adjectives on the board. (small, big, tall…)
Compare two friends and use the above words in sentence “… is … than…” and use other comparative degree of adjectives in this sentence if possible.
[从学生自身着手,谈论自己的家庭成员和朋友,趁谈论的时机唤起学生对形容词的使用,并让学生初步地用比较级作个热身活动,说说自己身边的人的特点。由于是自己熟悉的人,能说的话会相对比较多。]

1. Game: To be a best salesperson
Suppose today is your friend’s birthday. What gifts are you going to buy?
Some students will have a competition and try to say the advantages of their own goods use the comparative degree of adjectives.
e.g. G1:Look at the pencil-case. It’s bigger than the blue one. It’s prettier than….
G2: Look at my pencil-case. It’s longer than… it’s cheaper than…
G3: Look at my pencil-case. It’s ….er than ….
First group work, then have a competition.
