T he restoration should be a kind of reconst ruct ion or alt ernat ion, including river rest orat ion and t he optimization of a socio- econom- ic system. T he int egrative mult-i object restorat ion , aiming at ecosystem health of urban river was proposed, and the principles f or ecosystem restoration of urban rivers were given . Furt hermore, ecosyst em rest orat ion mode of ur- ban rivers described as pollut ion source controlling , discharge det aining , silt cleaning , capacit y increasing, green- ing , bank w idening, landscape construct ing , habit at building was est ablished. Finally, restorat ion t echnologies, including channel rest orat ion technology out side and inside rivers habit at and f ishway restoration t echnology, phys- ical form restorat ion t echnology were summarized .
