本科毕业论文（设计） （2012届本科毕业生） 题　　目： 浅谈商业银行金融风险和防范 学生姓名： 学生学号： 学院名称： 专业名称： 指导教师： 二零一二年五月 摘 要 本篇论文从对商业银行金融风险的认识及如何科学合理的控制与防范商业银行金融风险方面展开讨论。首先论述了商业银行金融风险的意义与基本性质，其次就如何金融风险的防范进行了详细的介绍，以及防范金融风险对商业银行的意义，并通过对国内外商业银行的成功与失败的案例和经验有相关的借鉴，从而规划出合理的解决办法。在控制和防范商业银行金融风险方面列举了几种科学的方法，比如案例分析法，博弈论等，并且加以与实际商业银行业务流程相结合，从而规范商业银行金融风险的防范。 在运用博弈论分析法等分析方法时，加上了具体的数据管理以及图表进行直观的分析，在实际结合方面，附带了相关的商业银行的案例与特点，总合观点可以达到科学、合理的处理防范商业银行金融风险的问题。 关键字: 商业银行，金融风险，防范 Commercial Banks on the awareness of financial risks Abstract：This paper to commercial Banks from the understanding of the financial risks and how to scientific and reasonable control and guard against financial risk of commercial bank is also discussed. This paper first discussed the financial risk of commercial bank of the meaning and basic properties, next to the awareness of financial risks is introduced in detail, and guard against financial risk to the meaning of the commercial Banks, and through the domestic and international commercial banks success and failure cases and experience have the relevant reference, and planning the reasonable solution. In the control and guard against financial risks of commercial Banks are the several scientific methods, for example, case analysis, game theory, and to commercial Banks and the actual business process, and the combination of regulating commercial bank and the awareness of financial risks. In using game analysis analysis method, and the specific data management and charts are the direct analysis, in the actual combination, with relevant commercial bank case and characteristics, the aggregate idea can be a scientific and reasonable treatment to prevent commercial Banks of financial risk.
