Results The rehabilitation information network service provides health services for people with zero medicine for physical and rehabilitation program and modern medical healthcare also depends on information and technology to medicine health filed. Conclusion Digital network platform proposes a framework for the rehabilitation clinic, rehabilitation education, rehabilitation research and rehabilitation engineering in rehabilitation filed ,and to form an intelligent application space platform for information system from a-new health management mode in digital hospital and rehabilitation information network. ［Key words］ Digital Rehabilitation Information Network ; Rehabilitation Medicine; Management and Construction. 康复医学，方兴未艾，在世界各国向着多级化趋势发展【1】。进入21世纪以后，随着“人人享有基本的卫生保障服务”的提出，康复医学的发展也迫在眉睫，随着计算机、网络技术等信息技术的飞速发展，“数字化医院”建设日益成为医院建设的热点问题。“数字化医院”是由数字医院管理（digital hospital supervisal）和数字医疗（digital treatment）构成和建立的现代医院经营和管理模式，它包括现实世界的真实医院和网络虚拟医院，从应用角度看是基于现代数字技术和电脑信息处理技术产生的网络集成管理系统，它的建立和发展将对医院建设和管理产生质的飞跃，意义重大而深远。打造医院管
