垫王堡塑堡矍堕堂丝笪堕型堡堑垫查婴堑The 垫王堡塑堡矍堕堂丝笪堕型堡堑垫查婴堑 The Research of Monitoring and Diagnosis of Gearbox based on Virtual Instrument Abstract MechanicaI system requires to actualize the fimction in specifically condition．But．in fact，mechanical equipment is abnormal and invalid under some circtunstance to affect the function ofthe equipment badly．Gearbox is the important transmission device in a mechanical system．The fault diagnosis ofgearbox is a important task in the field ofthe fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment． The paper introduces the traits and the research actuality ofthe fault diagnosis of gearbox，discusses the theory and teclmique ofthe fault diagnosis ofmechanical equipment(especially in the field ofgearbox)，uses a general method called Time-Shifting Correcting Method ofPhase Difference on Discrete Spectrum．That is，sampling signal of(L+N) points as one segment,taking the first N points as N·point sequence；From the Lth point to the end，another N-point sequence is obtained．Peffonuing FFT on both sequences and correcting spectnma by use ofthe phase difference ofcorresponding peak lines．Compared with other correction methods，it is more general which call’t be affected by adding different window ftmcfion simple algorithm and fast processing speed． Thefaultdiagnosisbasedonvirtualinstrumentistointegratethetechniquesoffault diagnosis and virtual instrument．It uses a general PC as a server，establish the monitor point on the equipment by data collection device to collect the work data．The monitoring server carl scout and log the work state ofthe equipment and alarm when the equipment、Vorks abnormally．Using the technique ofvktual imtmmentJhe paper researches and develops a module ofthe fault diagnosis ofgearbox by LabVIEW．h the RD，using LahVIEW to develop three parts：the signal generating module，data collection and storage module，data disposal and diagnosis module．Realizing the basal function ofthe fault diagnosis ofgearbox and meet the reqnirements ofengineering compared w
