Education The Design of Web Leaning Resources Based on Knowledge Management Candidate: Liang Junni Supervisor: Prof. Zhang Lixin Academic Degree Applied for: Master of Education Specialty: Educational Technology University: Hebei University Date of Oral Examination: May , 2006 I I 摘要 摘 要 知识管理应用于网络学习资源建设，是近年来教育技术的一个新的研究领域，知 识管理为网络学习资源的设计与管理提供了一个新的思路。基于知识管理的网络学习 资源设计注重知识的共享与交流，注重将个人的知识转化为学习组织的知识，强调通 过网络平台来促进显性知识与隐性知识的相互转化，最终达到知识的创新。本研究旨 在根据知识管理的思想，使网络学习资源的结构更合理，交流更方便，更能促进学生 学习。同时将知识管理应用于初中信息技术的网络学习资源设计，为网络学习资源库 的建设提供了一条新的思路。 本研究简要分析了当前国内外的知识管理应用于教育教学中的研究现状，对当前 网络学习资源存在的问题进行了分析，针对存在的问题，论述了知识管理在网络学习 资源设计过程中的作用，并提出了基于知识管理的网络学习资源设计的原则和策略。 根据原则和策略，提出了基于知识管理的网络学习资源设计的一般过程，根据以上提 出关于初中信息技术的网络学习设计的过程模式和构成模块，最后，根据实践检验得 出结论。 关键词 知识管理；网络学习资源设计；显性知识；隐性知识 II II Abstract Abstract The application of knowledge management to the developing of web learning resources is the new study field of education technology. Knowledge management provides a new idea for the design and management of web learning resources. The design of web learning resources based on knowledge management, focuses on the sharing and Communication of the knowledge, and the transition from the individual knowledge to the organization knowledge, and emphasizes the conversion between the explicit knowledge and the tacit knowledge in order to achieve the innovation of the knowledge .According to the theory of knowledge management, the research aims to make the structure of web learning resources more rational，the communication more convenient， and advance the students’ study as well. In addition, the application of the knowledge management to the design of the web learning resources of the information technology in the junior high school provides a new idea for the buildin
