Important phrases 课堂导学 Step 1 Review Ask students to retell the structure of the past progressive tense and teacher shows students some pictures , asking them to answer questions. (Use the past progressive tense) Step 2 Show aims Read by teacher Step 3 Lead in Teacher:Do you know Martin Luther King? Teacher: What do you know about Martin Luther King? Students: No, we don’t know. Teacher: Let one student to introduce him to others. 环节说明:让学生说说对马丁路德金的了解,由此引出本课的学习,引起学生的学习兴趣,为本课的学习做好铺垫。 Step 3 Read Section B ---Activity 2d 教师领读2b短文前两段,了解短文前两段大意,再由学生自读并小组合作翻译前两段并回答问题。(3分钟) 小组合作完成两个任务: 第一,翻译第一段,小组合作解决遇到的疑难问题。划出文中不会的句子,由教师进行点拨。 第二,回答问题: When did the event happen?
