The team spirit is the portion of corporation culture and the representation of the corporation condensation. The excellent administration is able to distribute members to the proper posts through right consititution and therefore bring collective potential into full play. One tree does not make a forest. Only when the corporation fully take advantage of individual potential can the whole entity have super battle effectiveness and succeed in the furious competion of modern society. It is the team rather than loose individual that stands in the face of modern corporation. Therefore, in the background of international competition, the cultivation of team spirit plays an important role in the construction of corporation. This dissertation mainly expatiates and concludes on the concept of team spirit, its role in corporation, its importance, the elements by which it is influenced and how to build it in modern corporation.
