· 22 · 重 型 机 械 2O13N0．5 实验研 究 VAI结晶器振动参数的研究 刘云峰 ，刘 才 ，张玉娟 ，陈化顺 ，刘 琚 (1．燕山大学 机械工程学院，河北 秦皇岛 066004；2．张家 口职业技术学院，河北 张家 口 07500) 摘 要：介绍了奥钢联结晶器振动反向控制模型及振动参数，结合正负滑动时间的表达式推导出 用C参数表示的正负滑动时间表达式。研究了影响铸坯表面质量 (振痕问距 、振痕深度)、保护渣消 耗量的因素，明确了铸坯表面质量 、保护渣消耗与连铸工艺参数的关系。详细研究了振动参数与振痕 深度、保护渣消耗量的关系，为振动参数的优化指明了方向。就某钢厂高碳钢保护渣消耗量不足的情 况进行了振动参数的优化调整，经优化调整 ，保护渣消耗不足的现象得到了明显改善。 关键词：反向控制模型；振动参数；振痕；保护渣消耗 中图分类号：Tfv777 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号：1001—196X(2013)05—0022—06 Oscillation parametersofVAImold LIUYun—feng，LIUCai，ZHANGYu．juan，CHENHua．shun，LIUJun (1．SchoolofMechanicalEngineering，YanshanUniversity，Qinhuangdao066004，China 2．ZhangjiakouVocatinalandTechnicalCollege，zhangjiakou075000，China) Abstract：ThepresentpaperintroducedtheinversecontrolmodelandoscillationparametersofaVAImoldOS— cillationsystem andderivedthepositiveandnegativestriptimeexpressionwithparameterCcombinedwiththe positiveandnegativestriptimeexpression．Thefactorsaffectingthequalityoftheslab surfaceincludingthe pitchofoscillationmarksandthedepthofoscillationmarksaswellastheconsumptionofthemoldpowderwere investigated．Therelationshipbetweenthequalityoftheslabsurface，theconsumptionofthemoldpowderand theparametersofthecontinuouscastingwasclraified．Therelationamongoscillationparameters，thedepthof oscillationmarksandtheconsumptionofthemoldpowderwasinvestigatedandthedirectionfortheoptimization ofvibrationparameterswasdetermined．Theoptimaladjustmentoftheoscillationparametersinthesituationof thelackoftheconsumptionofthemoldpowderofhighcarbonsteelwascarriedout．Itisofundthatthesitua— tionofthelackoftheconsumptionofthemoldpowderhasbeensignificantly improved． Keywords：inversecontrolmodel；oscillationparameter；oscillationmark；consumptionofthemoldpow
