Abstract: F irst, t he basic st at es of t he w at er resources in Shanx i Province are simply int roduced . On t he basis of
these, the achievement s and experiences of w ater saving in Shanx i Province are analy zed. M eanw hile, t he prob-
lems and reasons of t he water resources exploitat ion and ut ilizat ion in Shanx i Province are found . In order to sett le
