探讨急性多灶性脑出血与单灶性脑出血的临床观察 五常市中医院150200 摘要：目的：研究分析急性多灶性脑出血与单灶性脑出血的临床观察。方法：此 次研究的对象是选取2013年2月至2013年10月来我院进行相关就诊的66例急 性多灶性脑出血的相关患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，属于AMCH组；以 及还有属同期单病灶的脑出血的相关患者，其共计180例，属于单病灶组；我院 要切实根据其的实际情况要对两组患者临床表现和其合并症以及可能存在的并 发症和治疗的转归等诸多方面的数据进行十分详尽的分析；结果：AMCH组的所 有患者当中，其出现的主要的临床表现有以下几种：恶心头痛、意识出现障碍、 瞳孔发牛改变、肢体击现偏瘫、以及还会出现失语和部分大小便失禁等诸多症状, 通过观察并发现其AMCH组所出现的并发症的其发牛率以及其患者的死亡率要 十分显著的要高于单病灶组的相关患者，此差异十分具有统计学方面的意义 (Plt;0.05)；结论：临床医疗当中国属于急性多灶性脑出血的相关患者其合并 症十分的居多，其死亡率也是相应比较高的，且其在今后的诸多临床诊断的相关 工作当中，对此等现象应该给予足够的重视。 关键词：急性多灶性脑出血；单灶性脑出血；临床对比分析 Abstract： Objective： To study the clinical observation of acute multifocal cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage.
