Methods :The relations between stem cells and bio - self - p rotec tion , and significance of t he research were discussed from t he angle of biology of self - p rotection based on t he knowledge of stem cell research . Results : The evidence show s t hat stem cell is one of bio - self - p rotective form , wit h impot ant effect s of bio - self - p rotection , which involves t he ability of t he develop ment , growt h , regeneration and rep air of organism . Conclusion : There is impot ant significance on t he research of bio - self - p rotective effect of stem cells.
