Please take the related service card or talk to an IKEA co-worker for more details. 宜家设计服务流程 第一步：资料准备 客户提供所需装饰设计空间相关材料电子版，包含CAD平面图、水电图、空间照片(如原家具需保 留，请提供明细尺寸及照片参考)。或选择宜家公司为您提供的有偿测量服务。 第二步：现场咨询 客户携带上述资料至宜家公司业务部进行现场咨询，确认所需装饰设计空间功能、宜家家居风格、 预算，交纳相应的设计费并确认最终方案时间。 第三步：方案设计 双方确定设计周期，设计师依据客户需求进行设计，在此期间客户对接负责人应积极配合。 第四步 : 方案确认及购买 方案确认及产品购物清单确认后，客户完成购买（如客户需要的产品数量大于宜家本地商场零售可 提供的数量，则需额外订货，订货需付全款，订货时间根据具体产品的订货周期为准）。 第五步 : 提送货及安装 完成提货、送货及安装服务。 第六步 : 办理设计费抵扣手续 购物金额满足宜家装饰设计服务规定金额，凭借相关凭证办理设计费抵扣手续。 第七步 : 回访顾客 宜家公司业务部员工回访顾客并拍照片留底。 Design service process Step 1: Prepare the materials Provide your electronic files of the space you plan to design, it includes: a CAD drawing, water and electricity lines, pictures of the space (if you need to keep the original furniture, please provide the size and pictures of the furniture, or you can also choose our measuring service). Step 2: On-site Consulting The customers bring the materials we have mentioned in step 1 to consult our staff in the IKEA store, and confirm the function, style and budget. Pay the design fee and confirm final plan time. Step 3: Design plans Confirm the design schedule with our staff, then the designers will design your project based on your requirements. Customers should cooperate with the staff during this time. Step 4: Confirm the plan and purchase After confirming the plan and the shopping list, customers finish the payment process (If the order quantity is over the amount the local store has in stock, then we will order the extra items for you, when you pay for the full order, ordering times may vary) Step5: Pick up, deliver and assemble your furniture. We will pick up, deliver and assemble your furniture. Step6: Apply for a rebate
